March 2009 - Red Nose Day
As reported in the Recorder, we started this year by successfully raising £140 for Red Nose Day when the whole Troupe undertook a number of baton-twirling challenges. Well done girls :)
We hit the news again...You can see here how well our small but dynamic Troupe have done in just 18 months. We hope to continue our success throughout 2009. If you wish to be part of that, please enter your details in our shoutbox.
As we are self funding - twice a year, we undertake a DoorKnock within the local area...As you can see, in April 2008, it was a successful event. We were really pleased with the results which helped us purchase new Uniforms for Troupe members.
In April 2008, we were invited to perform to help raise money at a charity event held in Barking, for the FSID. It was cold and damp, but the girls performed well and we even made the papers!
